Selfie Ready Beauty – Lottie London Brushes

Selfie ready beauty? Now your talking my language! I won’t lie, I don’t mind a selfie…or two and I think these bold and bright brushes will have you on point for that close up.

I was very lucky to be gifted two beautiful brushes from Lottie London Australia. With ‘selfie ready beauty’ as their focus, Lottie London AU have just jumped into Target stores Australia wide…how very very exciting. It’s always a good thing to have another affordable makeup brush/accessories brand going around.

I was given the Contour Queen brush and the Kabuki Babe brush and I liked them so much I went out and purchased the Perfectly Precise brush. First of all, I love these brushes, partly because they are so beautiful and vibrant, but super affordable and great quality for the price. I’m not one to spend a lot of money on makeup brushes, so these are perfect for me. My main concern where cheaper makeup brushes are concerned is shedding, so far I haven’t experience any with these and they also come up a treat when I cleaned them.

The Contour brush has been great for using translucent powder to define my contour or to apply a contour shade for that chiseled and defined look. The design of the brush allows it to fit perfectly into the hollow of your face to create a natural shadow. The bristles are super soft and not as sturdy or dense as another contour brush I have, so it’s been really great for bending out my contour shade.

The Kabuki is so beautiful and soft and works really well to distribute translucent powder all over my face. The large brush ensure the powder is distributed super evenly and lightly. This brush definitely has so many other uses and I can also see myself using it to apply bronzer on my décolletage, or any part of your body really.

I then picked up the Eyeshadow brush for packing on and smudging those shadows. The dense fibres of this brush make it perfect for applying cream and powder shadows on the lid. I don’t have too many eyeshadow brushes and wanted an extra for when I am applying dark shades and lighter shades and don’t have to wash them in between.

If you are looking for a more affordable, quality range of makeup brushes, i can’t recommend these enough. Check out them out guys!

As always beauty lovers, thank you for taking the time to stop by and take a read.

Lots of love

Brushes from left to right: Eyeshadow brush, Contour brush and Kabuki brush

Two of these brushes were sent to me by the Company for me to try. I was not obligated to make this post and was not sponsored or compensated to make this post. My opinions are of course honest! I mean, I went and bought one of the brushes which says it all.
